- The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete traveler information at the time of booking.
- This includes full names as they appear on government-issued identification, date of birth, gender, and any other required details.
- We are not responsible for any issues, fees, or denied boarding resulting from incorrect or incomplete traveler information provided by the customer.
- Any name corrections or changes may be subject to airline fees and are the customer's responsibility.

- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their destination.
- Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended return date for most international destinations.

- We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any other issues resulting from inadequate travel documentation.
