Skyviora Fly LLC operates as an independent travel booking assistance company. We facilitate flight and hotel bookings by connecting customers with airline partners, hotel partners, and global distribution systems. All bookings are processed by us on behalf of the customer.

👤 Customer Responsibility for Traveler Information

• The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete traveler information at the time of booking.
• This includes full names as they appear on government-issued identification, date of birth, gender, and any other required details.
• We are not responsible for any issues, fees, or denied boarding resulting from incorrect or incomplete traveler information provided by the customer.
• Any name corrections or changes may be subject to airline fees and are the customer's responsibility.

🛂 Passport & Visa Requirements

• It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their destination.
• Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended return date for most international destinations.
• Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. Customers must check with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking.
• We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any other issues resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

✈️ Airline Schedule Changes

• Airlines may change flight schedules, cancel flights, or adjust departure times at any time.
• These changes are outside the control of Skyviora Fly LLC.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of schedule changes when we are informed by the airline.
• We are not responsible for any losses, expenses, or inconveniences resulting from airline schedule changes.
• Refund or rebooking options in such cases are subject to the airline's policy.

💰 Fare Prices & Availability

• Airline fares are dynamic and controlled by third-party suppliers.
• Fares may change at any time before ticket issuance.
• Availability is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued and confirmed.
• The final price is confirmed at the time of booking and payment.
• We recommend booking early to secure the best rates.

💳 Booking & Payments

• All prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

• All cancellation and change requests must be made through our support team.
• Requests are subject to airline rules, fare conditions, and additional charges.
• Some fares (Basic Economy) may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Service fees are non-refundable in all cases.

💲 Service Fees

• We may charge service fees in addition to airline or hotel charges.
• All service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Service fees are clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

• We act solely as an intermediary travel service provider.
• We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any other disruptions caused by third-party providers.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your travel.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

⚡ Chargebacks & Disputes

• Customers must contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• We will work with you to resolve any billing issues directly.
• Chargeback fees incurred by the merchant may be passed on to the customer.

⚖️ Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
• Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
• By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
